How many women of tech exit tech? Can we count them? There are countless tech women who are talented but left because of harrassment, gaslighting and baby rearing. It is sad. Because these women are talented. But instead companies hire and promote men who can “step it up” by doing “whatever it takes” to move ahead. It doesn’t matter if it’s ethical or unethical actions. The law also protects these men. It is a situation that breeds like virus inside a company’s culture.
