Thank you for this post! Our family eats healthy but we are certainly not vegans. In fact we eat animal protein as much as we eat beans, tofu etc.. So, I would say that balanced is the thing! Both my son and I are prone to mental illness so we function better with a high protein diet. Loading up on lean animal protein, egg, avocado, tofu etc.. has been wonderful for our cognitive function. So, I think veganism is on a case by case basis. Some families convert and find it to be the most healthy option for them and that’s great!. I love that your article talks about both sides of the story! It’s a great article and congratulations!
