There's a fine line between someone demanding loyalty and trying to manipulate you into doing what they want you to do. I've been called the same dozens of times before. I realized that living "authentically" is the counter for that. You learn to say "no" because you have no time. So, you choose who you share your time with wisely. You choose projects that will advance your causes. You don't sink to other people's level and get muddled in their wars. Because a simple fact, you have limited amount of time and you rather enjoy your life than be busy all the time. You don't need to help anyone. You choose to help those that you love. That's it.
